Intercollegiate Council
The mission of the Intercollegiate Council (ICC) is to create a diverse and visible representation of active Vietnamese Student Association chapters established and operating at a Pacific Northwest university or college or an organization that educates or is related to the Vietnamese heritage or culture which will function as a strong network of developing of leaders and contributors to the Northwest Vietnamese Student Association (NWVSA).
The purpose of the Intercollegiate Council is to form a connection and network of dedicated Vietnamese Student Associations (VSAs) or Vietnamese organization leaders or executive member’s contributions of NWVSA regional progress and success.
