Northwest VSA is super excited to softly introduce our upcoming 6th Annual Leadership Camp: “Yesterday’s Memories, Tomorrow’s Journeys.”

In anticipation of all the fun to come, here is a small preview of the many exciting things approaching us! Find out who your camp family leaders are this weekend and join us on Monday, July 01 when we officially introduce our camp and release the long-awaited attendee registration!

We are excited to announce that the 2024 NWVSA Leadership Camp will be OFFICIALLY held at Mayfield Lake Youth Camp in Mossyrock, WA on August 19-21, 2024 (Monday-Wednesday). Fun fact: the last time we had Camp at Mossyrock was 5 years ago!

In collaboration with UNAVSA, we are happy to announce our Collective Philanthropy Project 2025-2026 beneficiary to be Vietnam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH)! Vietnam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing programs and policies to empower people with disabilities in Vietnam. Since our founding in 1991, we have worked alongside the Vietnamese government, local partners, and international organizations to develop sustainable solutions for disability rights and accessibility. Through direct services such as rehabilitation services, mobility aid distribution and indirect initiatives like policy advocacy, we strive to improve the quality of life for Vietnamese with disabilities and their families, ensuring equal opportunities for education, employment, and social integration. We stand on a pillar of education with a civic duty to ensure our constituents know their rights regarding raids in their local areas. We’ve partnered with our regional partners to help bring you our collective resource document, a continuously growing collection of curated resources to help keep you informed and prepared.
